Nicolas Cage is one of my favourite performers. Cage has had an incredibly diverse career and has worked with some of the best directors (including Werner Herzog, David Gordon Green, Spike Jonze, David Lynch, Ridley Scott and John Woo). My students think my deference for Cage is somewhat ironic, but I assure you it is not. So I offer you my five favourite Nicolas Cage performances.
